SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed subject to product availability. At The Furnish, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products and aim to deliver your order as swiftly as possible while maintaining our high standards.

Delivery timeframes are estimated and may vary based on factors such as location, order volume, and whether your item is custom-made.


2. Delivery Coverage

We provide free delivery to addresses across mainland United Kingdom, including England, Wales, and Scotland.

Deliveries to remote or non-mainland areas — such as the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, or the Channel Islands — may incur additional delivery fees. Please reach out to us before placing your order if you require delivery to one of these locations.


3. Estimated Delivery Timeframes

For most standard orders, delivery typically occurs within 7 to 14 working days from the date of order confirmation.

Made-to-order or customised products may take additional time to produce and deliver. An estimated delivery timeframe will be communicated to you once your order has been processed.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.


4. Delivery Procedure

Prior to delivery, our team will get in touch to arrange a suitable date and time.

Please ensure that someone is available at the address to accept and sign for the delivery.
Unless agreed otherwise in advance, deliveries are made to the ground floor only.

If you have requested assembly, please note that an additional service charge may apply.


5. Missed or Failed Deliveries

If no one is available at the time of delivery, or if the delivery is unsuccessful due to inaccessible premises, a redelivery charge may apply.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery route is clear and that the product can be successfully delivered into the property — including through doorways, stairwells, or hallways.


6. Product Inspection

We advise all customers to carefully inspect their order before signing the delivery note.

If you notice any damage or missing components upon delivery, please raise it immediately with the delivery team and contact us at thefurnish355@gmail.com.

Signing for delivery without noting issues may impact your ability to raise a claim later.


7. Assembly Service

We offer optional assembly for an additional fee.

If you wish to request assembly, please let us know at the time of purchase so we can include this in the delivery arrangement.


8. Changes to Delivery
